If you can help these families shop, or serve as a translator, pass out refreshments or paint kids’ faces, go to christfellowshipeldorado.com/cac to register to serve.

We’ll have an informal, family-style honor system.

Learning to Mentor Adults

Are you convinced mentoring is one of the best ways to develop as a leader but don’t know how that works? Join us for a life-transforming evening with Rowland Forman, the author of The Lost Art of Lingering: Mutual Mentoring for Life Transformation. No registration necessary, just show up Monday, Sept. 16, 7-9 pm in the Chapel.

Group and Family Discussion Questions

  1. How would you describe Christ Fellowship? What do you value most about Christ Fellowship?
  2. What is Christ Fellowship most about? What is the mission of the church? How do you understand the mission?
  3. At Christ Fellowship, we describe ourselves as people of grace, who are authentic, guided by the Bible, who hold nothing back, uniting together to make a difference. How have you seen each of these five values manifested in the people of Christ Fellowship? How do you live out these heart-values?
  4. What are the four practices of a Christ follower at Christ Fellowship (Hint: the X)? How does Christ Fellowship help people carry out these practices? How are you doing at living these practices? Where do you most need to grow?
  5. At Christ Fellowship we all need to be taking next steps to grow and to impact others. None of us have arrived at full spiritual maturity. What are examples of next steps that a person could take?
  6. What is a good next step for you to grow in Christ and impact others for Christ? How could we help you figure out that step and take it?
