  4. Read Luke 23:39-43. What was special about the criminal that accepted Jesus for who he said he was? How does Ephesians 2:8-9 help you understand Jesus’ response to him? What is Jesus’ promise to those who believe in him?
  5. The apostle John records Jesus’ last words in John 19:30. What did Jesus mean when he said “It is finished”?
  6. Who do you know that needs to hear the story of Easter? Why is it important to believe in Easter? What’s at stake for those who chose to believe or not believe (John 3:16)?
