Church Online has a new look!

We have added some new features to help make it easier for you to engage in worship at Church Online.

Christ Fellowship Online is a great tool to introduce your friends and family to your great church – and an even more amazing God – if they aren’t quite ready to physically walk through our front doors.

What’s your NeXt Step to follow Christ?
We all have a NeXt Step we can take towards Christ. If you’re not involved in a group this summer, that’s a great place to start! We have options for every stage of life. Visit the Next Step kiosk or check out available groups and courses online to learn more.

Equipping for Impact
Join us for our annual equipping conference on August 16, 9-4 pm. Spend the day with friends and family being trained and equipped to serve and impact both inside and outside the church. Sessions are geared for middle schoolers and above. The event is free, lunch is free and childcare is free with advance registration online. Register online or visit us at our kiosk today.

Student Ministries

Big Questions Seminar
The Big Questions seminar on July 29 answers questions about the uniqueness of Christ and Christianity, how it relates to other religious traditions and the surrounding culture. Register online. If you have a question you want answered at this seminar, write it on your Care Card and drop it in the offering bag.

Men’s Breakfast
Join us for our monthly breakfast on Saturday, August 9 at 8 am in Room 201 and hear Jon Ewton share the challenges of “Balancing Church, Work and Family.” Coffee will be ready at 7:30 am. Cost is $5 at the door for a hearty breakfast and there’s no charge for newcomers.

Group Discussion Questions

  1. How do you believe Christians are perceived by the society at large? Why are we not seen more as people of grace?
  2. What kinds of people get judged the most in churches? Who do you find it hard to show grace to? Or to love? In other words, what kinds of people do you tend to judge?
  3. Why has God called us to be free (Gal. 5:13-14)?
  4. What does it mean to walk by the Spirit/be led by the Spirit/keep in step with the Spirit?
  5. How would you contrast the acts of the flesh with the fruit of the Spirit?
  6. What are concrete ways we can serve others in love in Gal. 6:1-10?
  7. After studying grace in Galatians over the last three weeks, what have you learned about God’s grace? How has this study impacted your life?


Family Discussion Questions

  1. What is freedom? If you could do anything you wanted today what would it be?
  2. What’s the opposite of freedom? What people do not have freedom? Can you imagine what it would be like to not be free?
  3. What does Gal. 5:13-15 say about freedom? What do you think “desires of the flesh” might mean? Are there things you do that you don’t want to do?
  4. Who should our freedom be focused on? What does “loving your neighbor as yourself” look like? Who is your neighbor?
  5. Can you think of a time when you loved your neighbor well? How did it go? What about a time when you loved them poorly? How did that go?
  6. Who helps us love our neighbors well (Gal. 5:16)? How do you think we can walk by the Spirit? Gospel Alert: How do we receive the Holy Spirit (John 3:16, 14:15-16)?
  7. When we are led by the Spirit, what does our life look like (Gal. 5:22-23)? Here’s a link to a song that helps you remember the fruit of the Spirit:
  8. Who can you love today the way God loves you? Who do you need to ask forgiveness from because you have not loved them the way you would like to be loved?
